1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to VoraVid (https://voravid.com). By accessing our website, creating an account, using our AI video creation studio, or purchasing credit packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use VoraVid. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@voravid.com if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Service Description, Pricing & Credit Billing
VoraVid provides web-based AI video generation, video editing, and creative tools on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis. Access to rendering capacity is billed via prepaid credit packages and recurring subscription tiers, as transparently displayed on our Pricing page (https://voravid.com/pricing). • Instant Digital Fulfillment: Purchased credits are deposited into your account balance instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor (Stripe). • Credit Deduction: Credits are deducted dynamically based on the selected AI model, video resolution, duration, and frame rate requested.
4. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewals & Cancellations
If you purchase a recurring subscription plan (monthly or annual): • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing support@voravid.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period without further automatic charges.
5. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Restrictions
You agree not to use VoraVid to generate, upload, or transmit any content that: • Involves non-consensual sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation; • Generates deceptive deepfakes designed to defraud, extort, harass, impersonate individuals without consent, or mislead the public in democratic processes; • Promotes violent extremism, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech, or illegal weapons manufacture; • Infringes upon any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights. We utilize automated content safety moderation filters and reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Ownership
• User Content & Prompts: You retain all ownership rights in the original text prompts, scripts, and source media you upload to the platform. • AI Generation Outputs: As between you and VoraVid, and subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, you own and retain all rights, title, and commercial interest in the video media generated via your purchased credits. • Platform License: You grant VoraVid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, process, and render your prompts and media as required to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
VoraVid, its AI model integrations, and generated video outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Because generative AI produces probabilistic outputs, we make no guarantees that outputs will be error-free, photorealistic, or suitable for any specific commercial or legal purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VoraVid, its operators, affiliates, or infrastructure providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill. In all events, our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to VoraVid in the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.
9. Dispute Resolution & Contact
